By accessing the pilbet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each player may hold only one registered account on pilbet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pilbet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pilbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pilbet support immediately. pilbet may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.
Before processing any withdrawal, pilbet is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
You may request closure of your pilbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances.
All deposits to your pilbet account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). pilbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at pilbet's discretion.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by pilbet at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of successful processing, though delays may occur due to circumstances outside pilbet's control.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to another verified payment method registered in your name. pilbet processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. pilbet reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments over multiple business days.
pilbet reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the withdrawal would result in a negative account balance after pending wagers are settled; or (d) the player is subject to an active self-exclusion or account restriction.
pilbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
pilbet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements; colluding with other players; or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, pilbet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and suspend the associated account.
All games available on pilbet are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
pilbet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, pilbet reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during that round to the players' accounts. pilbet's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected wager.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with pilbet customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. pilbet's review of game logs and server records shall be the primary basis for resolving disputes, and pilbet's decision following such review is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pilbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pilbet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; use pilbet's trademarks or branding without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on any pilbet content.
Any unauthorised use of pilbet's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pilbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of profits; or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
pilbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pilbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pilbet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pilbet will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
pilbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on pilbet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pilbet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Services. pilbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pilbet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with pilbet informally by contacting our customer support team. pilbet will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the above timeframe, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR where the dispute relates to gaming conduct or regulatory compliance.
